• Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;

Responsibilities
​Assess patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis.
Implement and monitor patient care plan and equipment.
Monitor, record and communicate patient condition.
Perform advanced respiratory care modalities.
Evaluate respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome.
Educate the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about community support groups and other available programs.
Respond to emergency resuscitation team code.

Physical Therapist Home Care - Needs certified Home Health Care experience and familiar with Home Care Home Base Software. Coverage area to be Roscommon, Missaukee and Wexford Counties. Earlier start date available. Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour lunch, Days Weekends/ Holidays
On-Call: Occasional if medically necessary (rare and done on a volunteer basis)

• Shift timings: 20:030 - 07:00 -Friday to Monday (4 Days/10 Hours)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
• Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
• Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Correctly interpreting doctors' written scanning instructions.
• Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients and providing reassurance and support as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• EPIC experience a plus; GE and Siemens scanner experience needed
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
